1934 Tourist Travel Best in Three Years. 15,650 cars compared to 14,464 cars in 1931. Low point 1933—12,496 cars. 1932—12,967. "Reports from operators of hotels, summer resorts and wayside cottages throughout the province, as well as guides and outfitters, indicate that the tourist traffic of 1934 was not only greater in volume, but also of much better quality than for some seasons past."
